  4. Refrain from applying any lotions, oils, or skincare products to the areas that will be massaged. These substances can interfere with the therapist’s techniques and the effectiveness of the massage
  5. Avoid accessories that might restrict movement or blood flow as this makes it easier for the therapist to access the areas requiring treatment.
