Mary (PeiHua) – Registered Massage Therapist
Mary came to Canada in 2009 and has since been a very passionate and active member in the Health & Wellness Community all across the GTA. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and graduated from a Medical Program from Everest College in 2014. After completing those programs, she volunteered at the Oakville Hospital where she worked in the Wellness Clinic and has been working in the Health & Wellness Field for over 7 years. Mary continued her studies with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Pharmacology and graduated from the Massage Therapy Program in 2019 where she then became a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Mary specializes in aiding those clients suffering from: neck and shoulder tension, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, tension headaches, tendonitis, stress and fascial restriction using Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy.

Mamiko – Registered Massage Therapist
Born & raised in Japan, Mamiko was very active, playing competitive basketball & swimming on swimming teams. After she moved to Canada in 2006, Mamiko worked with seniors & people with disabilities. She decided to pursue a career as a Massage Therapist to expand her repertoire in helping others. She enjoys making people happy, & witnessing that in person.
Here at Body & Soul the therapies that Mamiko offers are: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Celluma & Joint Mobilization. With these tools she is able to remove soft tissue restrictions, reduce pain, improve athletic performance & general relaxation. She is a strong believer that an important part of any therapeutic treatment is relaxation. “I always listen to clients’ concerns – even very little details, to create a treatment plan to best meet their needs.” Mamiko shares.
Her favourite mode of relaxation in addition to massage, is walking in the park with her dog. Mamiko also finds pleasure in the small things – morning coffee, reading, cooking, crafting. Krzysztof – Registered Massage Therapist
Krzysztof is a registered massage therapist with over 20 years of extensive experience in both private and public settings. Krzys has earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Physical Education in Poland as well as pursuing massage therapy education in Canada which later led him to become a Registered Massage Therapist.
At Body & Soul, Krzys offers: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy Massage, Foot & Leg Massage/Hand & Arm Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapies. He also has many qualifications such as a diploma in Reflexology as well as having certifications in Soft Tissue Release, Schweitzer’s Deep Tissue Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. These techniques learned were specifically designed to enhance the removal of swelling from both the legs and the arms. Krzys has also taken courses in Orthopaedic Massage for Complicated shoulder conditions and Double Crush Phenomenon/Pelvic Stabilization.
To add to that, he has also done extensive volunteer work between 1986 to present times, with many different organizations such as volunteering as a Registered Massage Therapist with the Canadian, Australian and New Zealand National Lacrosse teams during the World Championship of Lacrosse.
Veronica – Registered Massage Therapist
Meet our Registered Massage Therapist Veronica. 4 years of experience working as a physiotherapy assistant and personal trainer led her to develop a passion with teaching patients remedial exercise and interest in human anatomy.
Veronica graduated from Kikkawa School of Massage Therapy. She has been successful in helping patients achieve long term relief of pain symptoms by using Soft Tissue Manipulation, Muscle Energy Techniques, Swedish Techniques, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage, Joint Mobilizations, Celluma, Aromatherapy, Couples Massage, Indian Scalp Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Cupping.
As a skilled practitioner, she specializes in many conditions such as low back pain, arthritis, whip/MVA, carpal tunnel syndrome, sports-related injuries , tendonitis, neck and should tension, post injury rehabilitation, and pre and post natal. Veronica strongly believes manual therapy is key to preventing injury as well stimulating the parasympathetic system to help relieve stress while maintaining a holistic approach to full body wellness.

Iwona – Registered Massage Therapist
In 1999, Iwona graduated from a Massage Therapy program at Kikkawa College and managed her own full-time private practice until 2008 when she has decided to enter a Paramedic Program at Humber College. She graduated in 2010 with a diploma in Paramedicine with Honours. The combination of alternative and conventional medicine knowledge allows her to make informed decision about the safety and effectiveness of a variety of treatments she performs.
Iwona has always continued her professional development in order to assist her patients with their individual needs. She is certified in: Craniosacral Therapy, Advanced Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Cupping Massage and is current in Standard/Emergency First Aid and HCP-CPR/AED procedures.
In 2019, Iwona completed a 4-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and graduated with the Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences. She is an active member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. It is Iwona’s mission to help her patients return to/achieve their optimal health. She strongly believes that a human body has an innate ability to heal itself when structure (anatomy) and function (physiology) work in perfect harmony (homeostasis). Her role is to facilitate that balanced relationship.

Patrick – Registered Massage Therapist
Patrick is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed his studies at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Before becoming a massage therapist, Patrick has completed a Kinesiology Degree from York University and worked 5 years with the rehabilitation of traumatic brain injury patients. In addition, Patrick spent more than 15 years being a high-performance athlete in both soccer and dance. These experiences during the years of being an athlete sparked a keen interest in manual therapies and physical well-being, giving him a credible and relatable approach to treatment.
With each session, Patrick’s goal is to facilitate healing, relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing. He offers dynamic treatments for his clients, using Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Joint Manipulations. Patrick approaches each session with a client-centered perspective, taking the time to understand the clients’ needs and goals for each session. Using his experiences, he takes pride in educating clients on simple remedial exercises to optimize health and recovery while at home or at the workplace.
Patrick’s mission is to help relax the body in order to fix/manage the conditions which hinder a person’s quality of life and day to day activities. Kinga was born and raised in Poland and came to Canada in 2018.She graduated from the Royal Canadian College in 2019 and is a Registered Massage Therapist through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Pei – Registered Massage Therapist
Pei comes from a family with three generations in the medical field. Her Grandpa is a Chinese Doctor. Her Mother is a Western Doctor. Since she was a little girl, Pei has always been advised to study within the healthcare field for two reasons. Firstly, because it is a family field, & secondly, because it will provide a means to help others with their health concerns.
Pei has been working in this field for over 10 years, & her clients love her treatments & performance. Besides her general therapeutic profession, she specializes in deep tissue, particularly of the cervical & lumbar areas. Katerina – Registered Massage Therapist
Katerina graduated from Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy in 2012 and is licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist of Ontario. She became a part of the Body & Soul Massage Therapy team in 2014. She is passionate about relieving pain and stress for her clients. Her treatments are tailored to achieve the most during every massage session. Amy (Feng)- Registered Massage Therapist
Amy was born and raised in Fujian, China, where she started off with her education. She learned acupuncture in 2005 and has spent over 15 years in health and wellness environments. On top of her 15 years of experience, Amy graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2018 and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
She is very passionate about relieving pain and stress from her clients by always listening to their concerns to create personalized treatment plans to meet their goals and needs. She believes that she can treat her clients through physical healing to improve their health to feel better overall.
Amy specializes in frozen shoulder, sciatica, back pain and she also works closely with releasing trigger points within the muscle. Lilibeth is a Registered Massage Therapist at Body & Soul Massage Therapy, and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Lilibeth knows that Massage Therapy can help patients alleviate their pain, decrease muscular tension, and optimize their level of health & wellness. Helping people reduce their discomfort & improve their function is a passion for Lilibeth. Lilibeth completed her Massage Therapy Diploma from Sutherland Chan School & Clinic in 2010.

Olena is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been with Body & Soul since 2016. She graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, has an Honours degree in Kinesiology from York University, is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario, & likes to keep up with the latest research in Massage Therapy.
Olena uses her knowledge of the human body along with her hands-on skills to successfully treat a wide range of conditions including: tension headaches, tendinopathies, myofascial pain syndromes, sports injuries and many other common soft tissue & joint dysfunctions. She has a special interest in pregnancy through to postpartum, as well as using a holistic approach to treating the person as a whole to restore optimal function. Tetiana was born in Ukraine. She received her Medical Diploma with Honours from 2000-2004, then successfully graduated from the National Medical University by O.O. Bogomoltsa in Kyiv (Medical Diploma with honors) from 2004-2010. Tetiana continued studying in Shupica National Academy (Doctor Gynecologist-Obstetrician with honours) 2010-2013. Andrea (Ting) – Registered Massage Therapist
Andrea was born and raised in China where she has close relations with her grandfather who is a Chinese Doctor as well as other members of her immediate family that are in the healthcare field. She came to Canada in 2007 and a few years after settling here decided to enroll herself at Protege School to become a Registered Massage Therapist where she then graduated from in 2016. She has been practicing in the massage therapy industry for over 7 years now where she enjoys focusing on trigger point release, breaking down the tension and pain in tendons and ligaments while finding the muscle knot strand to relieve pain. She specializes in Myofacial Release, Peripheral Joint Mobilization, Myofacial Trigger Point Release, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Prenatal Massage.

Yuliia – Massage Therapist
In 2023, Yuliia graduated from Lviv State University of Physical Culture named after Ivan Bobersky – Master Specialty Physical therapy, occupational therapy, Massage Therapist – accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Yuliia went beyond her College requirements and worked with clients in many different settings including a chiropractic clinic, spa and clinical setting where she saw a diverse clientele with many illnesses, injuries and treatment needs. This work experience gave her the ability and knowledge to work with a variety of clients to achieve their treatment goals. The technique is very thorough and can be adapted each client’s needs, be it deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, etc.
During her career, she continued to improve her skills by attending various courses, and also conducts massage with a Chinese jar, Bamboo Massage, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, so the she can apply new methods in her procedures and help clients achieve faster health goals. Tracy – Registered Massage Therapist
Tracy was born in Vietnam and came to Canada in 2017 where she later went to Bryan College and completed her schooling for Massage Therapy and graduated in 2022.
Tracy specializes in treating headaches, back pain, foot pain, deep tissue tension and facial stretching using myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, acupressure massage and tapping.

Wanrapa – Registered Massage Therapist
Wanrapa is a Registered Massage Therapist who was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand and graduated with a B. Sc of Physiotherapy (’06) from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. She also received a Certificate of Achievement of Thai Massage at WATPO, Thailand. Most recently, Wanrapa received her post-graduate diploma in Massage Therapy from the International Academy Health Education in Ottawa, ON and became an RMT in Ontario in August of 2016.
She specializes in multitude of treatments, but her 3 top treatments are therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, and prenatal massage. She enjoys treating every type of injury and mobility issue. Generally, she enjoys providing neck, shoulder, and lower back treatment because patients in her care are able to see and feel improvements. Wanrapa is also certified in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage as well as Buccal Facial Massage.
In her spare time she enjoys biking, skating, painting, travelling and cooking.
Laura – Registered Massage Therapist
Laura was born and raised in Guangzhou, China and came to Canada in early 2009. She graduated from Pharma-Medical Science College of Canada in 2019 where she became a Registered Massage Therapist.
She has been practicing in Health & Wellness industry for over 7 years and is very passionate in treating clients with specific muscle pain and tension as well as providing Swedish, Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Drainage Massage to help with swelling and/or pain caused by lymphedema. In order to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients she plans to keep the clients preferences in mind, be a great listener, provide high-quality treatments with her heart and continuously stay up to date on new techniques and studies.
Dalila – Medical Esthetician
Dalila, who also goes by Dali, started her career in the beauty industry when she graduated in Advanced Pilates from Equipilates in Brazil in 2017. After that she continued her journey by obtaining her Beauty Specialist Certification at Cosmetics Alliance in Canada, where she became very passionate for Medical Aesthetics and decided to make this her career and enrolled to become a Medical Aesthetician at Centennial College.
In Brazil, she had the opportunity to learn about Dermatofuntional to study Skin Pathologies, Plastic Surgery Post-Op, Facial Treatments, and Clinical & Aesthetic Procedures. During this time, it became clear to her which way she wanted to go when it came to her career goals. She also had the opportunity to write and research scientific articles focused on Aesthetic Treatments, where she had the opportunity to present at conferences and compete for awards as well.
In addition to Dalilia’s degrees, she is certified on Fotona, ProWave, Icon Laser and Clarity by Lutronic for Laser Treatments.
