Methods of Payment

We gladly take Cash, Visa, and Mastercard as acceptable methods of payment. If you need to write a cheque, we must receive the cheque before your appointment date. A credit card is required in order to book and hold a reservation, but of course will not be charged unless you are paying with that credit card, in which case will be charged 1 day before your scheduled reservation.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel or re-schedule your reservation, we politely ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your reservation. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a service charge of 50% will be charged to your credit card, as we can no longer plan to accommodate other clients. If we do not receive any kind of cancellation notification, we will unfortunately have to charge for the full price of the service reserved.  We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
